UltraVision Corporation

Business: UltraVision Corporation researches, designs, and manufactures medical ultrasonic imaging scanners. It has also achieved ongoing sales to many original equipment manufacturers that incorporate its scanners into their product lines. It is establishing sales of its own line of breast cancer scanners with the unique feature of sensing the presence and position of microcalcifications.

Market: 38 million mammography examinations are performed annually in the U.S. The sensitivity of mammography is only 87% but by adding a simple ultrasound exam that sensitivity is extended to 98%. Mammography and ultrasound separately have the same sensitivities, but ultrasound previously to our discovery, did not visualize microcalcifications. Now that we can sense microcalcifications the paradigm has changed. Because ultrasound does no harm it can be used often and repeatedly so that the Company can exclusively offer a clear clinical advantage at lower costs to the community.

Design: UltraVision products are designed in house incorporating large Filed Programmable Gate Arrays which secure the design from reverse engineering, allow upgrading over the internet, and afford substantial cost savings.

Manufacturing: UltraVision purchases components and then utilizes local ISO13485 electronic assembly houses to assemble the sub-components of the systems. The Company performs final assembly and test in house. This results in a better than 75% gross margins and extremely high reliability. UltraVision has FDA approvals.

Sales: Management is seeking equity investment to cover inventory and sales of its scanners incorporating the unique and patent-pending method of sensing microcalcifications by ultrasound. Sales are planned to commence in second-quarter 2021.

Offering: Contact the Company for details.

Equity crowdfunding investments in private placements, and start-up investments in particular, are speculative and involve a high degree of risk, and those investors who cannot afford to lose their entire investment should not invest in start-ups. Companies seeking startup investments through equity crowdfunding tend to be in earlier stages of development, and their business model, products, and services may not yet be fully developed, operational, or tested in the public marketplace. There is no guarantee that the stated valuation and other terms are accurate or in agreement with the market or industry valuations. Additionally, investors may receive illiquid and/or restricted stock that may be subject to holding period requirements and/or liquidity concerns. In the most sensible investment strategy for start-up investing, start-ups should only be part of your overall investment portfolio. Further, the start-up portion of your portfolio may include a balanced portfolio of different start-ups. Investments in start-ups are highly illiquid, and those investors who cannot hold an investment for the long term (at least 5-7 years) should not invest.
